Complete disaster! Unprofessional & not trust worthy at all. After weeks of seaching for the right car, i finally found it, no photos were available online so i contacted Bells to register interest & had a great phone call with Chris who very promptly sent me a video of the car, it was great, exactly what i wanted! Within hours of seeing the video I went ahead & paid to reserve car online via Bells own website, I wanted to make sure my car couldn't be sold before I had the chance of seeing it....the very reason of a reserve!! Even go a lovely email stating, Congratulations your car is reserved just for you. I then again contacted Chris to let him know i had reserved the car online & arranged appointment for test drive, who confirmed via email the next day. Chris then called the morning of the test drive to tell me a member of staff had already purchased car, apparently before my initial contact, before I was sent the video, before I paid the reserve & before I booked a test drive, all this was over the space of two days!! Absolutely unbelievable & ridiculous that there was no communication between internal departments/staff to have the car removed from website. Of course I highly doubt this was a truthful excuse. Chris did promise to call me back after checking stock to see if he could find me something else, he did call back however offered me a more expensive car & then tried to talk me into an electric. The whole experience was disappointing & a terrible waste of my time after having taken time off work to go and purchase a new car. I was told to avoid by previous customers but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was very wrong & should have listened. Fortunately, I have now bought a new car today from a more trustworthy dealer, who was brilliant & more than happy to take my hard earned cash payment!

Recently purchased a Dacia Sandero Stepway from Gregory at Bells of Crossgar, very impressed by his no nonsense approach and his helpfulness in sorting out the details, a pleasure to do business with, would highly recommend him.

Purchased our first fully electric car through the help of Eamon who made the whole process smooth and simple. Eamon explained all the features and controls in great detail as well as giving great hints and tips on how to get the most out of the mileage range. Excellent customer service provided by both Eamon and Kathryn. A stress free purchase from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend Bells. Thanks from Ryan and Karen

I bought a car from Bells recently, and I have to say that the customer care, knowledge, and efficiency with which I was looked after was top class. It took no length of time to complete the process and collect the car. The work put in by Eamon, Kathryn, and Neil was phenomenal to experience. If you need a car in the future, I would suggest giving them a look. They will nor disappoint.

After 7 months of not driving whilst recovering from surgery after serious car accident, I was nervous and anxious about returning to driving. Kathryn was amazing, very empathetic and took her time to help me find the right car. She also encouraged me to drive again. Wonderful service and a fabulous car.

We had a great experience in Bells purchasing our new car. Gregory provided us with top class customer service, his relaxed, friendly but professional approach is why we came back. I purchased a car at the start of march through the help of Kathryn, she made the process smooth and assisted with any issues along the way. Kathryn kept me up to date with everything during the process and on the day of picking up my car Kathryn ensured I was happy with everything. Definitely recommend.

From the minute i met Kathryn, I felt at ease she honestly made everything in buying a new car very straight forward. A great patient, understanding and wonderful at her job. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had in mind what car I was going for and the rep guided me in the right direction. They weren't pushy or anything like that but knew about the vehicles . A very professional rep would use again if I need to change my car in the future.

Arrived at Bell's of Crossgar to be greeted by very friendly reception staff. 6 year service for our Dacia Logan. Very thorough and loved the fact they do a video recording of the assessment of the car and if anything additional is required, it is captured on the video and approval sought. Very happy with the service and the staff.

Recently purchased a car from Bell's. This was my first time buying from them and won't be my last!! Stewart the salesman was more than helpful and at no time was was trying to get me in and out quickly like you'd get in the "bigger" car sales firms. All options were explained to me with regards to purchasing the vehicle and the deal was done. Thank you Stewart and Bell's!!!!

Really excellent customer service from Eamon & Kathryn. We saw the car online and arranged a test drive with Eamon, who answered all our questions. We never felt pressurised to buy. A few days later Kathryn did the handover and took lots of time to explain everything. A stress free purchase from start to finish. It was well worth the travel from Newtownabbey .
